These terms and conditions govern the use of the platform Rath Net / Z7. They are tailored to a web application that requires registration, not to a classic online shop.

1. Scope
These terms of use apply to the use of the Rath-Net / Z7 platform in their current version. By registering or using a user account, the user accepts these conditions.
2. Service description
Rath-Net / Z7 is a web application for organizing information and workflows. Depending on the activated function, user accounts, groups, calendars, notes, lists and document management can be used.
The specific range of functions can be continuously adapted, expanded or technically revised, provided that this does not restrict the users' mandatory legal rights.
3. Registration and user account
The use of protected areas requires registration. Complete and accurate information must be provided when registering. The account is personal and may not be transferred to third parties without the operator's consent.
The user is obliged to keep his access data secret and to protect it from access by unauthorized third parties. If misuse is suspected, the password and access data must be changed immediately and the operator must be informed.
4. Authorization of Use
The platform is aimed exclusively at users of legal age. By registering, the user confirms that he or she has reached the age of 18.
5. Permitted Use
The User may only use the Platform within the framework of applicable laws and these Terms of Use.
In particular, the following are prohibited:
- the use for unlawful, offensive, fraudulent or security-endangering purposes,
- uploading or sharing content for which there are no necessary rights,
- the distribution of malware or other harmful files,
- Attempts to circumvent technical protection measures, access restrictions or security mechanisms.
6. Content, documents and sharing
The respective user is solely responsible for all content posted by him, in particular documents, texts, images, profile data or group entries. He guarantees that the content does not violate the rights of third parties and does not violate any legal regulations.
As far as content is released within groups or to other users, this occurs as part of the functions initiated by the user. The operator only processes such content to the extent that this is necessary for the technical provision of the platform.
7. Availability and technical changes
The operator strives to ensure availability that is as uninterrupted as possible. However, there is no right to constant, error-free and uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security updates, capacity limits or technical disruptions may lead to temporary restrictions.
8. Free of charge / fees
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the platform is currently provided free of charge. If a paid service scope is introduced in the future, this will only be done on the basis of separate, clear agreements.
9. Suspension and Termination
The operator can temporarily block or permanently deactivate user accounts if there is an important reason. An important reason exists in particular if there are significant violations of these terms of use, misuse or if technical operation is endangered.
Users can terminate their account at any time with effect for the future or request deletion, provided that this does not conflict with legal retention obligations or legitimate interests.
10. Liability
The operator has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage that is typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory legal liability regulations remain unaffected.

12. Changes to these Terms of Use
The operator can adapt these terms of use if there is an objective reason for this, for example due to technical changes, new functions or a changed legal situation. The version published on the platform is relevant.
13. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless this conflicts with mandatory consumer protection regulations.
14. Severability clause
If individual provisions of these terms of use are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The statutory regulation takes the place of the ineffective regulation.
